Senior: It’s a really good learning environment for the most part! Partially depends on the teachers-avoid Bonanno and Ruess. Otherwise, the students and teachers are great! They really push you; you’ll be more than ready for college if you can make it through Central.

Senior: Brentwood High School is an excellent school because of the amazing teachers that are employed here. As a student for all four years, I have learned so much from every teacher I’ve had. They are all so knowledgeable and have a true love for teaching their students. My teachers this year, as a senior, are very aware of the big changes their students are about to experience, and they are available for guidance and support whenever it may be needed. I have made incredible memories here at Brentwood High School and would recommend this establishment of higher learning and excellence to everyone for this reason alone. Brentwood High School offers much more with its diversity of its students and teachers, opportunities in sports, the arts, and clubs, and its achievements, as a whole, in all areas of the school. Brentwood High School is known for its intelligent students and teachers, all welcoming and encouraging of anyone who may become a Brentwood Bruin.

Senior:I have been attending Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet High School for six years, and am currently finishing my senior year. Starting from 7th grade, I have seen so many changes during my time here. I have seen both the good and the bad, but that is unavoidable. The diversity and amount of importance placed on education at MLK has allowed me to shape my values into one based on integrity and hard work. I am grateful for the opportunities this school has given me, and regardless of the hardships I have faced while attending, if I had the chance to do it over, I would.

Senior: Merrol Hyde lives up to its expectations as one of the top schools in the state of Tennessee. This past year we recieved the honor of being the top school based on test scores, and hope to be moved up to top school overall. The student to faculty ratio is great for one on one learning. The teachers are genuinely interested in helping out the students no matter what age or whether or not they’re even in their class. The students are very friendly as well. Each grade is very close knit and family like as most of the students have been there since elementary. My grade – Class of 2017 – will be the first class to go K-12. I came in 5th grade and everyone in my grade welcomed me and made me feel at home. Merrol Hyde is in fact a great place to work and learn. Go Hawks!!
