Dino Egg Hunt
Earth Experience, the Middle Tennessee Museum of Natural History at 816 Old Salem Road in Murfreesboro, will host a Dino Egg Hunt from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. Citywide Easter egg hunt
All ages are welcome to participate in Murfreesboro’s Citywide Easter egg hunt starting at 1 p.m. Saturday at Richard Siegel Community Park, 500 Cherry Lane. Participants will hunt for eggs and then exchange them for prizes at an “egg-change” booth. Age-appropriate hunts will be offered repeatedly throughout the event, ensuring that everyone has a fair chance. In addition, there will be carnival-style games and a visit from the Easter Bunny. River Rock Baptist Church, 2248 New Salem Highway in Murfreesboro, will host the Easter Eggstravaganza from 12-4 p.m. Saturday. There will be games, food, prizes, age-appropriate egg hunts and a showing of the movie, “Risen.” Admission is free. Call 615-898-1239 for details.
Barfield Baptist egg hunt
Barfield Baptist Church, 1033 Barfield Church Road in Murfreesboro, will host an egg hunt from 2-4 p.m. Saturday. Age-appropriate egg hunts will be held. The church is also having an Easter sunrise service at 6:30 a.m. April 16, followed by a regular service at 10:30 a.m. that features the Easter cantata.
Community Care egg hunt
Community Care of Rutherford County, 901 E. County Farm Road in Murfreesboro, will host an Easter egg hunt and festivities starting at 1:30 p.m. Saturday. The public is invited to bring their children ages 5 to 12 for age-appropriate egg hunts. The Easter Bunny will be on hand for photos starting at noon.
Sam Davis Home
Sam Davis Home, 1399 Sam Davis Road in Smyrna, will host an Easter Eggstravaganza from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Enjoy games, crafts, a visit from the Easter Bunny, and egg hunts all day long. Egg hunts start at 10:30 a.m. and fun each hour in staggered age-appropriate groups. Ages 12 and younger are $5 and can hunt the eggs. Ages 13 and over get in free. Lucky Ladd Farms
Take your child for breakfast with the Easter Bunny at Lucky Ladd Farms, 4374 Rocky Glade Road in Eagleville. The VIP breakfast includes a buffet, Easter Bunny photos, visits with the farm’s furry babies, a creation station, souvenir gift for each child and much more. Then you can head out onto the farm for egg hunts and a celebration of spring’s warm weather.
